We scheduled a piano tuning online through their website. I was fast an efficient. We chose a date and time, Mike showed up on time . He was very professional and his knowledge level about piano maintenance and care is astounding. He's been doing this a long time and it shows. He cares about pianos and he cares about his customers and their satisfaction. We have a 94 year old piano that's been in our family for over 80 years. He was able to look up our serial number and tell us exactly how old it was! It's time for us to consider piano restoration and we are looking forward to the quote that he's preparing for us. I highly recommend their piano tuning services and especially Mike. We will definitely be using their services again.

Mike has been tuning my piano for a couple of years and I've been pleased with his work.The piano recently needed more extensive work done He gave me a very thorough written explanation of the needed repairs, and an accurate estimate of the cost. The work was completed quickly, partly in his shop and partly in my home. Mike patiently answered any questions I had while he was finishing up. My piano sounds better than ever. I'm very happy. If your piano needs some TLC, give Mike a call - you'll be glad you did.

Just had the first tuning done on my new Yamaha B2 studio upright piano by Mr Piano Tech ( Mike Barrett). Prior to the service I received several confirmation emails and Mike arrived right on schedule. The piano sounds great after the tuning. Mike came during COVID-19, and was kind enough to wear a mask the entire time that he was in my house, I was very impressed. I am a piano teacher with a full load of students (currently on distance learning), so the piano is utilized about 25 - 30 hours per week, and I am very picky about it as we Zoom interface with students' instruments as well. He did a great job with the tuning for me, and he had worked on several of my students' pianos too, and I will refer more to him also. Thanks Mike!

I had just moved to central florida from San Diego, CA about an year ago. My piano was over due to get tuned. Michael Barrett the owner of Mr Piano Tech came to my house today and did a great job!
