This company should be avoided when considering a manufactured home. The have ZERO interest in you being a customer unless it involves a hard sale. Calls and email attempts to contact the company are ignored. Again, I highly recommend maintaining ZERO contact and interest in this company

A magical place, where quality affordable housing is created. The only thing that exceeds their products, is their people.
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the homes and the customizing the company has to offer. The saleswoman at the front desk who showed me the different models was very friendly and personable. The only thing was I wish they had handicap accessible models at this location for my husband. We will have to visit the other location when we are ready to buy.
