Bathrooms older but very clean. Laundry room everything worked properly. Grass sites, easy in & out. Office people nice & easy to talk to. Basic but pleasant place to stay. Will stay again in our travels north & south.

People are nice, dirt road needs work and cable is fuzzy. Prices are reasonable. Pond is peaceful. :)

Very nice! All of the staff members were great on the phone and in person. Great RV park and the price was fantastic!

Spent a couple of days here while seeing friends. I have a 45ft coach and saw a couple of reviews stating they had bad power so I was nervous but if you get up front then you shouldn't have any issues. Had a great stay and friendly staff. No complaints from me.

Great place right off I-75. Super easy to access. Lots of spacious pull through spots. Office staff and maintenance crew are friendly and welcoming. It can't be beat for the price and location.

Jim on the staff helped us out big time today after I locked myself out of our RV by accident. Even offered to drive me to get my spare key which was amazing. Glad we figured things out onsite though so I didn't have to take him away from his duties. From the friendly ladies in the office to the guys keeping the grounds spotless, we are very impressed with this park. We checked in here for a few months initially and have ended up staying a lot longer. Love the pool, spotless laundry room, always clean restrooms, feeding the dozens of turtles at the pond and especially the quiet & considerate neighbors all around us. I see a lot of comments about the rules but all I can say is rules are necessary to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. They enforce their rules and that is important to us. Several shopping malls close by and some of the best restaurants in town are less than 2 miles away. (Try Las Margaritas on FL200!) Only an hour and a half from Tampa, Orlando & Daytona so this will be our base of operations from now on when we come to Florida.

Check in wasn't very friendly. I wouldn't bring a motorhome here. You park on grass. Rained during our stay. Impossible to keep wet grass out of mh. The site was so unlevel I had to use a 7 inch base on my jacks. Almost lifted the rear tires off the ground which isn't good. Alot of interstate noise.
