Heather was AMAZING and so helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with a malfunctioning reptile heating pad. She was pleasant and even interested in my Ball python who was with me. She is so sweet and anyone who had the chance to work with her is lucky.

Not bad, they had what I went in for although it wasn't as easy to find with things in the wrong places for the prices... I was happy to discover that they price match with their online deals - that was a huge saving! The only local pet store we found that sells frozen pinky mice too.
