I'll start by saying my son enjoyed his experience. The animals had clean food(they little they had to ensure people could readily feed them), water & pens. Now for the cons; several malnourished animals, some showed signs of aggression possibly from being skinny. Goats, sheep, several ponies & llamas had overgrown hooves. The 2 dwarf ponies were some of the worst cases I've ever seen, one couldn't walk without being in severe pain. I don't care what their sign claims, I've lived & worked with horses my whole life, those 2 are suffering from severe neglect. Several of their exotic animals showed many signs of anxiety & depression. Many were housed inappropriately. Some of the animals showed signs of skin conditions, eye infections, coughs, & various facial injuries from being with aggressive animals & from poor care. They had aggressive animals on display where a child could easily get bitten (ie: goose who's sign is far too high up for a child to see, ponies who are food aggressive) Their roosters are also housed too closely &/or have hens that are aggressive towards each other so they fight through the fencing. It must be regular since holes are dug under the fencing that have been plugged with rocks instead of removing the problem animal, we also saw 2 separate fights in the 10minutes we stood near them. Reptiles were kept in tanks far too small with nowhere to get away from their heat lamps, inside a storage shed. Birds were also housed in that shed. It was a cool day & that shed was quite warm, I feel awful for them on a hot summer day.. My family left disappointed in what we saw. Had we known we would have just contacted a local farm for my son instead of driving 45minutes to become depressed & for my son to mostly interact with goats, sheep & chickens. I will be contacting animal welfare before any more animals suffer at the hands of this \petting zoo\. I highly recommend avoiding & reporting.

Absolutely loved it! Great place to take the kids and they get to interact with a lot of different kinds of animals.

The kids loved feeding all the different animals there. Price was good. Great for all ages and a great learning experience
