I have been into Shadow a few times and everyone has always been professional, friendly and helpful, I want to thank Dean for recently helping me find a trailer that had the features I needed in my price range. Shopping is always more fun then when you sit down to the table to make the deal, but at Shadow it was a breeze, no pressure, no haggle just a fair price and helpful team. Dean helped make sure all the little things were taken care of which at the end of the day is a big deal. PS I love my “new” to me Shadow lq, I already have a Shadow two horse and like the brand. New trailers and consignments, so varied options. Helpful staff, no pressure. It's on the service road just north of the Belleview exit on I-75. Head west from the exit, turn right at the first road with a street sign. It curves around and takes you right there.
Dean was thorough and knowledgeable of his product. Handled the contact back and forth well and quickly reached a reasonable deal and a trade-in. Would definitely choose them as my first place to stop and looking for another trailer or to recommend any friends. It's great to find people with old time values. ,who ake pride in their work
We recently bought a used Exis three horse slant from Shadow Trailer. They were so helpful at every stage of purchase. Our saleswoman Sasha was so knowledgeable and could explain all the bells and whistles. The entire staff was amazing. When we picked it up Tony showed us how to use, hook up, and a general overall in service on our new/used trailer. We were so very happy with our experience at Shadow Trailer World in Ocala !!!
