I could eat sushi on any day that ends with "Y". I'm now a Spicy Conch Salad girl and I'll never look back. I love colorful sushi so I like to grab a Rainbow Roll. If I want some heat - the Green Lantern is my fave. Full bar with cocktail menu and outside seating. A definite "to do" if you're visiting Ocala. Tony was such a wonderful human being and will be missed.

There's just no place like Tony's. From the service to the meals, everything is awesome. But if you have the pleasure of sitting around one of their grills you'll be in for an incredible experience. The cooks not only cook up delicious meals but they're entertaining as well. There are no strangers at these tables, everyone is there to have a great time. Enjoy!
I called and asked them if we needed to make a reservation for a birthday dinner or if we could just show up. They said yes that would be a good idea but we are booked till 8pm. Was also told that they give you a 20 or 25 gift card for your birthday as long as it’s your actual birthday (which it was). Made a reservation for 8pm, waited 40 minutes to be sat. What’s the point of making a reservation??? They claimed they paged me, that never happened. I wasn’t even given a pager, which I shouldn’t have needed one if I made a reservation anyways. Doesn’t that mean you’re supposed to have a table ready when you make one? Food was okay. Chicken was good rice was delicious salad was okay noodles had too much sauce and veggies too. Also had an issue with the server second guessing a sushi order several times after being told exactly what we wanted and that we didn’t mind any up charge. Shouting across the restaurant and sending another server over. Had to remind the server of the birthday, was never even offered the gift card they claimed over the phone. Overall terrible experience, will never be back.
Great first experience at Tony’s! Will definitely return. They had great lunch specials which came with entree and either soup or salad. Price was cheap with large portions. Due to COVID seating was outside but in the shade and cool. Tables were clean and servers were friendly and fast. Food was typical Japanese style hibachi. Will try the sushi next time. Friendly staff at entrance. Vernon took my order and was very professional and friendly. I had great miso, some sushi and a Mexican roll that was with tempura shrimp and asparagus. Delicious. The hostess said the chocolate mousse was very good and she was so right. Close to hotels located near rt 75. Convenient for take out. Highly recommend
Fast service at a reasonable price. The chicken vegetable soup was a nice change.
