Seem to have done a good job on the oil change and tire rotation / balancing. Extended hours of pickup / drop off in the liquor store next door very convenient. I do feel like you need to guard a bit on the upsell here, but I don’t feel like anything they said or offered was inappropriate.

I am a little late on this review, but a HUGE thank you to Mike Dent and his team. I was able to get my 4Runner inspected and brought up to snuff. I was really appreciative of how I was made to feel like a priority. Definitely recommend visiting this shop if you need auto help.

I walked in Mike Dent's Complete Auto Service with a BMW convertible top that would not go up. Mike is the best. Within minutes his mechanic was out there manually getting the top up with the allen wrench. And he didn't break the wrench as he manually worked the top up. Not an easy task in the BMW convertible. Even though they were slammed with customers Mike and his crew took the time to get the job done. If you want best customer service, honest mechanics without getting your wallet gouged go see Mike today. This shop does not disappoint!. Thank you!!
