Terrible boats available ! Every single pontoon boat had an issue . Leaving us with no good options . Boats looked old and worn out ! One employee even told us .. that the owner “makes out “ by using old boats and just slightly rebuilding 2 stroke motor so that the boat will at least run at minimal performance. The boat would barely even accelerate properly . Also the boat has no top covering . This place is a joke .. ** Advice ** Shut down ... get a new stock of safe and reliable boats .. then open back up to the public !

DO NOT RENT! This was the WORSE boat experience I have ever had. My family rented a 12 person Pontoon and we nearly sunk. The boat was so unstable and water kept coming in from every small wave. The boat was in terrible condition and we felt very unsafe. At one point the boat filled up with water and half of us had to run to the other side to balance it out. We were all soaking wet and ended our 2 hour boat trip early. Instead of having a fun family vacation time we had a time full of stess. Not only was the boat trashy but the place itself needs an upgrade. There was trash all over the place and the bathroom was disgusting! Don’t even want to give them a star but it’s the lowest option.
Had an AWESOME experience there last weekend I am so thankful for. I dropped my car keys in the water getting into the boat and Zach (the guy getting us set up in our boat) literally dove into the water and got them off the bottom for me! I would’ve never expected them to go out of their way in that cold water because I’m clumsy. Not to mention my only spare pair was 3 hours away! Beyond the great customer service the boat was so nice and fast! Prices are better than almost anywhere in the area as well. Thank you guys so much for such a fun experience anytime we’re back in OC we’ll absolutely be renting from you again!
My girl friends and I were so excited to spend our day out on the water in a pontoon boat. When we arrived, we were told our boat was no longer available because it wasn't up and running. Thankfully, they somehow magically fixed our boat in 5 min so we could go out. The entire time, the motor was \putting\ and would randomly turn off. The zip ties that were holding the canopy up broke and almost fell off the boat as we were driving. The boat would randomly start to sink in the front or the back as someone would walk around - pontoon boats are usually stable. Then when we returned, we unloaded on the jetski dock and the plastic on the dock broke and I fell in it. The management was horrible and took everything as a big joke and said all they could offer was free gas. Free wasn't the matter, it was the simple fact that we had to end our rental early because we felt too unsafe and the boat was not reliable. I do not suggest going here.
