Terrible front desk service. Very rude staff. If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in to ask a question and was refused service due to “company policy” of wearing a mask even though My husband has a medical condition that exempts him from wearing one & that’s against the law to require. The worker wasn’t polite or professional just very rude.

Nice gym with good equipment but a few big issues that can be fixed easily. 1: WiFi does not work in the weight lifting Area and there is no phone service in this area either. 2: All three Bench press are located directly under very bright lights and make it very hard to bench with open eyes, it would be very easy for the management to put a tinted lens over the lights. 3: The punching bag is in a poor location and they really should figure out a better place to put it.

Easily the best gym I have ever belonged to! Very clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed. Equipment is always in good working condition. Staff and management is knowledgeable and friendly, my daughter loves the kids daycare program. Great value for the money.

I started working out at Powerhouse in 2010, after switching from another local gym. The cleanliness, friendly staff, and equipment available made the change permanent. The group classes are a great bonus. SWEAT has been especially rewarding for me - the ability to work closely with awesome trainers through challenging workouts.

Gym is nice and clean. But, Don’t sign the contracts here. I was moving to out of state this year and I asked guy in gym if I need cancel anything before I move and I get answer: “ You’re good”. After 4 months I found a collection record on my credit report for 185 which is 3 months of membership fees x3 25 late payment fees 35% collection fee. I didn’t receive any calls or emails from gym or collections!
