Reason this is 3 stars and not 1 or 2 is I didn't actually go diving with them. I'm trying to be fair. The person on the phone (whose name I don't remember her giving me) told me to meet at 8:30 a.m. at the boat. Parking is a bit slim there, contrary to what she had told me. So it was about 8:35 when I walked up to the boat. I was told \We're not ready for you\ And \We're making repairs to the boat\. No Hello or Good Morning. It was just beginning to rain, but instead of suggesting I wait in their facility, I was told nothing more. I don't know if they have a shop, or anywhere for divers to assemble or do classroom training. Maybe they don't do cert. Instead of standing around in the rain I went back to my truck and waited. I called to check on alternatives and found a trip with another company going out early afternoon. I was just about to leave when the woman called then appeared. By that time I had pretty much moved on. Seemed to me that I would not enjoy a few hours with them. I'm not naive - I know almost all boats are under constant states of repair, but I still didn't like getting an annoyed \we're not ready\ plus an excuse, without even a good morning.

No other dive charter compares to Captian Sandy and her fantastic crew. Knowledgeable and safety oriented. We had an absolute blast above and below the water. I can say with 100% certainty that Ocean Quest Scuba will be the only dive charter we use when we are down south.

Sandy went above and beyond to make my 12-year-old daughter's first ocean dive a positive experience. She kindly offered us the option to bow out on the first day of our reservations since the weather was rough (the other party still went and reportedly had a good dive), and then Sandy called me that evening with a weather report for the next morning. We went for it on day 2, and it turned out to be an incredible dive. My girls will never forget the huge turtle and sharks we saw, and I will never forget Sandy's caring kindness for my kids while captaining a great charter.

Had a fantastic time diving with Ocean Quest! Sandy and Vicki run a tight ship, and dropped us on all the best spots for nabbing lobsters and lionfish. Couldn’t have asked for a better day of diving off the FL coast. 10/10 recommend for any level diver looking for a great time!
