We walked in to the friendly smile and great attitude of Lauren. Lauren was helpful without blowing smoke or being pushy. Her approach was to inform and if she did not know an answer, she went and got the RIGHT information. My experience at Hall’s in Oceans Springs, Ms was most pleasant. Brooque was my sales woman and did an excellent job answering all my questions ,and there were a lot. I liked that Brooque never tried to rush me about what I wanted and let me take my time deciding what would best suit my needs. Also the finance guy (Chase) was most helpful with rates and extended warranty. Again not being pushy and letting me decide what was best for me. What started out as a trip with my dad to pick out a side by side for my son, turned into my father and I buying 3 side by sides and a 4 wheeler. A large part of the reason why was the Customer service. Thanks guys and gals!
