I brought my bicycle, which was purchased in Alabama, for a bicycle for a warranty issue and Duncan and Chuck immediately went to work on it and had the bike back on my rack in under 30 minutes. I was super pleased that they provided such outstanding customer service for a bicycle that was not purchased from their store. I would highly recommend Tri Hard to anyone that is in the market for a new bicycle or need maintenance on the bicycle that they already have!!!

One of two store in Mississippi my wife and I got to buy running appeal. The other is in Gulfport. See review for Run N Tri. Great selections of running shoes. Also a 3 man bike mechanic team that can fix any bike you have. Be sure to tell them I send you.
The folks at Tri Hard are great! Repairs are fast and reasonable, and the new product selection is vast. Most importantly, the owner and staff are passionate about what they do, which translates to genuine concern and helpfulness to the shopper.
8 months ago my husband decided to make some serious life changes. He has lost almost 70lbs all through biking. Tri hard sports has been a tremendous help through out the process. They know their product and will help you make educated decisions about your purchases. They are always friendly and helpful. Definitely the place to go!!!
Where else can you whip in at 2pm for a brake cable change on your race bike and get pro level service? Best bike shop around. Period.
