Get there before your appointment time and get ready too still wait. For you long haul fellow I know you keep snacks and food you're good. It it's your first time... it's not that bad, and if there is a line outside of the shipper office please make sure you grab shipper sheet and fill it out before you get too the shipper window. You'll need your BOL number / delivery number/ Order number.
