We bought a sectional couch from Mopa design in January 2021, the couch came without connections, we kept asking the lady who owns that shop to send us the connection that is designed for the couch, every time we follow up on that she text us saying (am sorry I am busy and I forgot) and after a lot of msgs back and forth she decided after 3 MONTHS to buy a wrong connection through amazon and send it to us, saying that this is easier for her rather than going and send the connection through UPS months ago, imagine the scam and un professional and disappointment that we have seen from this shop owner after we bought the couch for 1300 ... I don't recommend anyone to buy from this shop that has zero credibility and zero after sales customer service.

I bought a second home last year and needed some design help and wanted quality items but at lower prices. Monika delivered! I wanted to make some design changes to the home (some of them Monika suggested) and she referred me to some amazing professionals that did an excellent job (especially the electrician)! Lighting makes a huge difference. Monika furnished 5 areas of my home, plus outdoor furniture and it came out amazing! We were hesitant at first since her prices were so good, but when we went to her showroom and saw samples, we were rest assured. All of the items I ordered are excellent quality. The only recommendation I would say is to pay the extra to have the items put together and the boxes hauled away. Well worth it when your ordering several items. Monika is a talented designer who can make your home your dream home at an affordable price. You won’t be disappointed, you’ll be So grateful to work with her.
What ever you do, please do not buy a car from Monica!!! She lied to us that her husband fixed the car she was selling. I trusted her, and found out the she is a liar and a cheater. No-one worked on the car she sold to my Daughter. It had 2 cracked hoses, no-one has changed the original spark plugs, filters etc. Not only her husband is not a mechanic and does not have a shop, probably doesn't have any tools either. Shame on you Monica for lying to us!!!! Bad experience. Be aware.
Very nice and upscale furniture store with affordable price. Monika the owner of the store is a very knowledgeable designer with a tasteful style.
This review is about the owner’s character, not the company’s interior design capabilities. I’m writing this review after seeing a conversation between a colleague and the owner of Mopa Designs. Mopa Designs’ van was swerving and texting a driving on a busy route today. When my colleague brought it to the owners attention and stated that she called the authorities, her response was “ You think police cares for little things like that, l doubt, they don’t even take care of bug crimes and real criminals...” In addition, she kept telling my colleague how sorry of a person she was even though all she was trying to do was she ensure that the company’s large vehicle was being safely driven, since the vehicle almost hit her 2 times. Mopa Designs’ owner became verbally combative and defensive versus just apologizing and stating she would handle her driver and thank you for bringing it to their attention. Absolutely unprofessional and a small-minded response and clearly doesn’t think law enforcement does their jobs too. Many of us have lost family members to distracted drivers. If she doesn’t find this to be something to responsibly handle, how does she handle clients’ concerns?
