You can count on collier county for providing a positively perfect place for a picnic or a pee. Facilities are clean. Bathrooms work (dog tested dog awooo'd) After being on the highway so long it's great spot to stretch the legs and see some birbs
Imma call this place endurance, see how long you can last. The bugs, even in January—these are my first bites in the month I’ve been here. We made it about an hour now. We are at about 20 bites a piece with the windows up. I’m going to try for the bathroom and check out the nasty signs about bad things people mentioned. People last about 17 minutes, even the security lives behind glass walls. There’s cool signs telling you all about the venomous snakes (maybe that’s it?)—worth the venture into the cleanish bathrooms. PS-saw the cougar xing sign, disappointed we’re leaving before we left in tears. PPS-they have free TP for your BH. I took away 2 stars because—wtf, biting bugs. And I didn’t get to see the “big birds”.
Very clean and open. Area, bathrooms were very clean. I have liked to see someway to communicate with police or have an officer on site that would also serve as guide.
Very good parking lot for trucks , however , the gentlemen restroom needs some minor repair, 1 missing mirror and a loose door latch in the middle row
