This is Mr Destafano I’m thinking of purchasing a Cadillac escalade to replace my Lincoln navigator that I own for several years my first time going with General Motors. I called the salesperson very polite understanding I asked him one question that will make the sale or break the sale. where is the automatic shifter on a luxury escalade located Is it on the column like a pick up truck or is it in the middle Consul like a luxury vehicle The salesperson informed me it is on the column That was the answer that broke the sale not the salesperson not the facility that he represents but the vehicle itself an old design that should’ve been phased out a long time ago When GM decide to Take a suburban and Transform it into a luxury line SUV just to make a Quick and cheap prophet. General Motors need to get with the program like other manufacturers have done. To point out again, if I wanted a pick up truck I would’ve purchased a pick up truck I’m practising a luxury vehicle that costs an arm and a leg and then some more body parts For just a switch of an emblem. With a luxury price tag. Thank you
