My husband’s high school Sportsman of the year trophy from 20 years ago had fallen apart over the years. Thankfully the name of the trophy company was on the bottom of the trophy. I googled Allogram and called the Odenton office. Spoke with Stephanie and took the pieces of the trophy to the store. She was very helpful and I was thrilled to hear they could rebuild it from the way I described it. The trophy was ready in a week and they did an amazing job! I picked it up in time to surprise my husband for Christmas. He was excited to have his old trophy rebuilt to the original 3 ft height. I give Stephanie and Allogram 5 stars for their product and customer service.

I’ve been using Allogram for various awards for probably 20 years now. No reason to look elsewhere. They are always helpful, friendly, and accommodating. At times, I’ve needed a short turn around on my order and they’ve been able to pull it off. I’ve never had an issue with quality or errors. Definitely a top notch operation.

I have been ordering going away gift plaques from Allogram for the last year. I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for quality work at a good price. Stephanie, who handled all my orders always greets you with a smile and is super helpful. The plaques we ordered are very well made and are gifts anyone would be proud to hang on a wall. Finally, the work was usually completed within two days of ordering, definitely a plus for procrastinators like me! I have tried other vendors in the Fort Meade area, but Allogram will get all my unit’s business moving forward.

I needed the plate for this designed retirement plaque as the artist I chose couldn't complete it in time. I walked in to Allogram and was blown away by Stephanie's professionalism and design creativity. Explaining my need for urgent delivery - she calmly asked, \Is 30 minutes OK?\ Aghast, I said SURE! She dropped everything, had me cut, designed, and complete - out the door in what must have been record time! I even got a much needed class on how to apply my plate, so I wouldn't mess it up! As you can see in the image, quality was perfection, and Stephanie's knowledge of what would look best was certainly appreciated. I'll be using Allogram for another retirement plaque just around the bend. - Ian
