I moved into the complex during the pandemic so a lot of amenities are either not available or have to be reserved; understandably so. Reservations for amenities have been relatively easy. The maintenance staff, to include Eddie, have been amazing when maintenance requests have been submitted. If they are not able to resolve the issue that day, I am provided with a maintenance timeline to manage my expectations. The staff that I have engaged with are extremely helpful and friendly. Looking forward to enjoying things after the pandemic.

I first moved to Fieldstone Farm back in 2018, and my family and I loved it. We moved out after our lease was completed looking for a bigger single family home. Let's just say that didn't turn out well for us, so after the awful experience we had at the single family home we decided to move back to Fieldstone. We love it. The staff is nice and caring. The maintenance is on point. And it's a really safe community with good schools nearby.
While searching for an apartment in a short period of time, I fortunately came across Fieldstone Farm Apts. What a find! This stay has been amazing with not only the upkeep but the response time in which they respond to a request for service. I would not only recommend this complex but I would very enthusiastically say to anyone looking for a great place to rent, by all means join the Fieldstone Farm community. I commend the staff also. They are truly instrumental in how well this community runs!!!!!!
We've lived at Fieldstone Farms for many years and I'd love to share some of the pros of this community. First it has some really nice parks within walking distance and also the Piney Orchard Nature Preserve is nearby and is great for walks and hikes. The staff is friendly and polite and the maintenance in my opinion is one of the best we've experienced at a rental property. They typically get to your request within 24 hrs, if not very soon and continue to provide service until the problem is fixed. No matter if you rent or own, stuff breaks and wears out so it has been a blessing for us to know that things will be fixed in a timely manner. As far as improvements I'd like to see, I'd like to see them bring back the recycling option. I think the solution to this would be to somehow educate current residents on how to properly recycle so that everyone can benefit, as the recycling worked fairly well in the past. Also hopefully after Covid they can also bring back some of the community functions and special events, I think these are always enjoyed by people with families and also for people who don't have family nearby.
Maintenance is quick to fix issues and neighbors are nice. Unfortunately I can hear my upstairs neighbors constantly; all day and all night. I have directly approached them about the noise and they are aware, and even stated that the last tenants left for the same reason, but they refuse to really do anything about the noise they make. They walk around constantly stomping. We also notified the front office but they said there is little they can do. I think if the upstairs neighbors had some courtesy, this would be a much better place to live.
