The course was well maintained for the amount of traffic however, they are overbooking. 3 hours to get through 6 holes. I wouldn't rather have been told it's playing very slow than to waste 70. Complete waste of time. I really hope they correct this issue because it is a fun course.

I tried today the Forrest. Great Course and lot of wild Animals! I saw an alligator. Good greens, Bunkers and nice Fairways. The only Bunker that was not in shape and maybe because of lots of rain was the12.th. I definitely come back again

Great course and very reasonably priced. Played the forest side and look forward to trying out lake side very soon. Friendly staff and nice carts equipped with gps. There are a few secluded type holes which are hard to come by in this area. If you play the blacks or blues on hole 15 your driver sound is significantly amplified, you’ll see what I mean. Just thought that was pretty cool. Few small alligators and some deer on the course. Fairways and green are top notch compared to other courses in the area in February.

Pros: The Forest and Lakes courses are well designed and maintained. Carts are clean. The older gentleman who works as starter is competent and friendly. Cons: Pro shop staff fail to follow safe virus control procedures (e.g., masks are worn incorrectly or not at all). Single cart riders pay an extra 19, more than most other courses, during the peak of the pandemic in Hillsborough County. Credit card users pay almost 4% extra. Rangers are not on the course to get slow groups to pick up the pace. Groups in excess of 4 players have been observed on Saturdays. In summary, the new course management has much room for improvement.

One of my favorite golf courses. 2 courses. It's well maintained, has lots of water and wildlife, and the people seemed great.
