This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST facility that I have ever loaded. From the very start of the process at the guard shack to the loading operator. It will definitely test a drivers patience. I've never met a group of the rudest, uncooperative people in my life. If it's your first time loading at this facility make sure you have all of your ducks in row, don't assume anything. There is no positive moral in any square foot of this place. I've never encountered such miserable people in my life. It took all in me not to come unglued on these people. It doesn't matter how courteous you try to be. Only bright spot in this process was the load paid Great !!!! Talking to other drivers leaving the plant they assured me that it wasn't just me. They felt the same way.

Pretty easy to get loaded but I had to wait for the train to finish before I could enter the facility. Nice people. FRC's required.
