My husband and I were just at the AT&T o'fallon illinois store for my husband to get a new phone. Nathan E waited on us. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us. I would definitely go back to that store again. He should be commended on being an outstanding employee.

Went to set up a new acct for my daughter, it was slow at first, it was Friday night after all, but not to long after our arrival more customers arrived. Our professional ATT customer service rep was Nathan! A true professional, helped us and managed the incoming customers issues with ease. I highly recommend this location and Nathan.
