EDIT: So after posting this the dealer called and offered a free rental for the mistake and discounted after market plugs. While i have still been rubbed the wrong way by this experience i can appreciate the effort to make it right! I will be giving them a second chance in good faith. seems so far the work they did was done correctly. Scheduled an Appt to do a tune up and brakes on my truck. The appt was set a week out plenty of time to get any and all necessary parts ordered for the job i requested. I take off work to take the truck in and after 3 hours of them having the truck they realize they actually don't have the parts? How does that work...

I scheduled an appointment for today to have an oil change and tire rotation at this facility. After my vehicle was serviced, and I left to get on the highway and I noticed there was a vibration in the rear tire or tires and this was not occuring prior to my visit today. I immediately returned to the dealership to advise Rob Brethauer, of the problem. He stated, \because I had an older vehicle (2012 Jeep Liberty) sometimes things can get knocked around or knocked off during the tire rotation.\ Rob said that he could have the service department look at on Thursday 2/25 at 9:00 am, but it would cost about 149 dollars and they would use towards any repairs, if they were allowed to do the work. (What Work?) As I stated to Rob, I am leaving on Friday to go back home and I have no idea why someone couldn't have looked at my car then. My car was not performing like that before my visit there today! So I am very disappointed with my service today! I will not be returning to this location, nor will I ever purchase another Jeep product.
Went in for standard oil change and they finished in a decent amount of time.
This is my second time buying from Auffenberg. I worked with Daryl, super nice guy, and no high-pressure tactics. There were quite a few cars to choose from, and I'm a very picky shopper (wanted very specific options only offered in particular vehicles). The website was easy to navigate, and I really liked being able to view the Carfax report. The pricing was fair, and the old way of business (going back and forth with the manager to haggle) is a thing of the past here (maybe that still occurs at other dealerships). I also received a follow-up call making sure my experience was good.
Always do good service, you can book appointments online, service guys look to see if there are any recalls when your there and offer any other services your vehicle may be due for without being pushy and will do the service while your there. They go the extra mile which like us veterans, is built to serve! Keep up the good work!
