We are American home shield customers who contracted us to work with Mikes Pool & Spa. I filed a claim last night on an issue with our in ground salt water pool pump. Not only did they get us taken care of today, they got our part covered. Janet’s customer service is incredible. They have been the best AHS contractor that we’ve dealt with in Illinois. They’ll forever get our business.

I've used Mike and his service for many years. I've always had great service. Remember with pool service you get what you pay for! I want my pool to work and work well and to be easy for me to take care of on a day to day basis. Mike's makes it easy for this to happen. Workers are easy to get along with and explain things when I have questions. Do I pay for their time, of course! but do I expect people to pay for my time when I'm at work YES! Thanks guys! You are the best!

Once again, Mike's crew efficiently and professionally helped us open our pool. Janet, despite being pulled in four different directions, takes the time to answer questions and offer suggestions for troubleshooting. COVID19 has found them busier than usual, with more people demanding more sooner. Yet, they step up over and over again to meet those demands. Thanks to Jared and Eddie for a great cleanup! Stay safe, team, and thank you for all you do to make our pools safe and provide respites for us!

Not only can I call Mike's knowing he will have someone out to my house immediately, he and his employees are just very honest people. For example, when we opened our pool this year, we couldn't get any pressure to build in our pump. We were told we were going to need to replace our entire pump so with parts and labor would be 1500 plus. Jared was the technician who came out to do the install. Within a few moments, he realized it wasn't the pump after all it was just some adjustments that needed to be made in our app that controls the pool pump. Now he could have very easily of just thrown on the new pump, adjusted the app and we would have never known any different. I just take great comfort in knowing they will always come out, fix our problem and not take advantage of us with unnecessary costs.
