Was interested in buying something on inventory. Zero customer service. We were not even once greeted. All the staff were too busy putting one flyer on the wall. Horrible service. I would not recommend Off-road Motorsports.

Found Off Road Motorsports after searching the internet for an ATV for my son. Went back and forth via e-mail and some phone conversations with Ben. I drove 3 plus hours away from the Hudson Valley in New York. The only day I could make it out to them was on 9/28 a day in which they would be closed do to some renovations. Ben came up with a plan and met me out there early Monday morning. The machine was purring like a cat. The office people where superb. Paperwork was all ready to go. Ben helped load up the ATV and made sure it was secured for the trip back home. Total turn around time was about thirty minutes. These people are great. Professional, accommodating, personable, and true to their word. My youngest boy is next in line for an ATV and most likely this is where I will be going. Well worth the trip. Thanks again Ben and thank your staff as well. My son has been riding everyday since we got back. Thank You
