Great to do business with. Honest and upfront. Customer service is 2nd to none. All levels of employees care about what they do and it shows -- from the technicians doing repairs to the owner/president Bob. I have been a customer for 8 years and work with Konica dealers all across the country and Office Enterprises by far is the best dealership. They do what they say they will do and often over-deliver. I highly recommend them.
We have worked with OEI over the past two years and have had absolute great customer service! They are quick to respond when we ask questions and help us out greatly in managing our expenses in both the copier and furniture areas. We have seen a decrease in copier expenses by over 23% in the last two years over our previous vendor.
