Satisfied overall with this company. We ordered two projectors for my church. Everything g arrived and works perfectly. The only problem I had was that UPS was late by two days but not sellers fault.

We ordered 4 projectors for our classrooms. Three units arrived within three days the fourth arrived a few days later. I believe they came from 2 locations. Our school is looking to order several more in the near future.

Avoid this vendor. I ordered a commercial video panel from Office Wonderland... and three weeks later I find out they don't have a working model available. The really terrible part is that I had TO CALL OFFICE WONDERLAND THREE (3) TIMES before I finally got an answer! This is after they processed my payment three weeks earlier. They never reached out to me once. Their complete lack of communication tells me they DO NOT care about their customers.

Avoid this place at all costs unless you like gambling with your money. I purchased a pair of studio monitors online for around 250. I got an email for the order confirmation and then heard nothing for days. I reached out several times politely inquiring about the status of the order with no response. When I finally got a response about a week or so after reaching out I was told they don't stock that item (which showed in stock on their website) and was told they would return my money. It's been several days and several emails and still no response about refunding my money for a product they never had in the first place. Thank you for reading. Edit: after reply from OfficeWonderLand I looked back and they did not charge my card, as they said. My rating improves by one star but because of slow, incomplete communication and listing out of stock product on the website it's still 2 stars. They're not a scam but make sure they have your item in stock before ordering.

We stopped by their office recently to pick up a projector for our church. The price was exactly as advertised online and we were in and out of the store within ten minutes. Projector is of very high quality and a huge imporvment.over the unit that was being replaced.
