Love renting from them. We go to ski every New Year and always rent from them. Their rentals are always clean and updated. Had a hot tub , pool table and very nice furniture. Our rental home had a Christmas tree and decore. Made us feel the Holiday spirit. Thank you!
Upon arrival house was dirty. This, the 1st week of March during the pandemic. If this is how they clean during a health crisis, it is a poor showing. Bathroom clearly not cleaned between guests, hair on floor, mouse droppings behind all furniture throughout the house.. We had to clean the comforter as they were badly soiled, but had to clean the washer and dryer first to clean bedding. This place has really gone down hill over the years. They do not show the shower/bath in photos, and most photos are very old online(not current). The shower has multiple holes in it, just filled poorly with caulk and plenty of mold. Did not appear to be dusted in months as well. Called and spoke to owners and rental management. Both apologized and stated they would take care of it and reimburse us appropriately. Guess what, been 4 weeks with no response from them. That is plenty of time. Will not use again.

I have had dealings with just about every realtor in the area and this company is by far the most personable and caring. The owner treats his customers, both renters and property owners, like his own family. He is reliable and trust worthy and will do just about anything to make you happy. Stacy is extremely thorough and efficient when making a reservation. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. I guess if you don't follow rules and get angry when people don't bend to you, you write negative reviews. I think it is sad that the last 2 reviewers are from the same family and wrote 2 separate reviews to bring ratings down. That says it all. Don't listen to the negativity here. You will be pleasantly surprised at the amount of personal attention this family based company will give you.
