Hanna with customer service what very attentive to my needs, Hannah listen to me an answered all my questions she treated me not like a customer but as friend and a neighbor. The value of their service cannot be understated. They are among the most reasonably priced pest control company. I would highly recommend using them for all your pest control needs

I'm totally unsatisfied with their service! They never give me a time they'll be at my house, not even a time range. They text and tell me they're scheduled to come on a certain day, but almost every time, they show up, don't bother to call or see if we're home, see that our dog is out and send a text saying we need to reschedule because no one was home and the dog was out, preventing them from completing their service. Yesterday there were people home all day, my daughter even saw the guy, (he never knocked) who told her to let us know they'd stopped by. He didn't ask her to put the dog away or anything, just said to tell her parents they had come. ( She's 18, not a child that couldn't make it possible for them to get into the back yard) Then they sent a text today saying they had come by, no one was home, and the dog was out, so we needed to reschedule. They would not waste their time or ours if they could properly communicate and let me know about what time to expect them so I could get the dog inside and watch for them. I'm done using them for our pest control. Besides, there are always ants or wasps around our yard still after they spray. Not worth my money.

We cancelled hawx they kept calling we consistently declined service as we hired a more professional company. Hawx snuck in and performed the service anyway. Now in the hands of our attorney. Obviously this company is suffering with cash flow issues as it can’t pay several employees (put them on a multi year payment plan). It’s going to be fun to see how far this 107 collection goes we have both dug in our heels.

This is a horrible company to work for. Unorganized, super unprofessional, you basically have to be the managers wingman in and out of work to get any kind of raise or promotion. I won’t even go into what they had us doing to get 5 star reviews a year ago. I also won’t go into the type of serious lies they would tell customers to keep them quiet. I will say, I did collections, account manager and basic customer service for them and I’m telling you, find someone else to take care of your property. This isn’t the one for you.

Worst pest control company. Poor service, poor quality. Poor ethics. We were not happy and had continued pest problems after their first service. Then we were not able to get out of the contract without paying a ridiculous amount to get out of it. We hired another company to do what theirs couldn’t. When our contract ended we verified two separate times that our contract was complete and we did not want to renew. Then they showed up again 3 months later without any notice or appt and I told them our service was cancelled so there must have been a mistake. When we called to correct it, they refused to note or acknowledge that we cancelled our contract. We will be disputing any charges. This company is crooked and not honest with their clients. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
