I've worked at JD Machine since 2002. It's an awesome place to work because of the great people. It has been so rewarding to see the company mature into the world-class manufacturer it is today while maintaining a family-oriented culture. My kids all want to work here someday because they've loved coming to the shop during the employee family open house events for face painting, balloon art, prizes, food and treats. I'm fortunate to work somewhere that tries to treat customers, suppliers and employees like family.

I never worked or jd but I think they are good company I was working for Blanchard metals and I did many jd machine parts I just feel sorry because at Blanchard they don’t care too much about the specifications and they don’t treat their parts with respect
I have worked at JD Machine as a CNC Machinist for 1 year. My experience has been fantastic. Shop culture is outstanding. If you’re a “go getter” and desire to become an elite machinist, working on state of the art machine tools, then this is the place for you. You’re able to own your part(s) thru the inspection process. The support and encouragement for career advancement thru education and hands on learning is refreshing. I have worked in a lot of shops around the country and JD is hands down the best shop I’ve been apart of.

I have known and worked with the Wardle family and JD Machine for over 30 years. Founder Don Wardle is known for producing excellent product at a fair price. That tradition has not only been passed on to the next generation, but Matt Wardle has taken it to the next level. The very best equipment/technology combined with the best employees around means you will be more than pleased with the product you receive. I can't recommend them highly enough.
