I never would have guess this little place would have survived the pandemic. They were closed for while, and they did the takeout only thing for a minute. Now, they are back, with their home made out-of-this-world red and green sauce and their other red sauce that if you have to ask, it’s too hot! The pork tastes like they cook it all night in a marinade of deliciousness that makes your knees weak. The tortillas are these little pillows of “yummy ness” Pile it all together an you have a meal you are not walking away from. Be sure you you bring a belt extender, cus your going to need. I am so glad Rosa’s survived the pandemic. It’s my little heaven on earth.

You won't go wrong with any of the food at Rosa's. If you like spicy, then this is the place to go. Great flavors and great food done simple. Go check it out, you won't be disappointed.

The Best chili Verde around, I remember when this was the Snappy Service Cafe. I sat at that counter with my father and brother so many times. I miss the Snappy Service, BUT!! I will make new memories here, the food is beyond good. Be ready it's Spicy they even have a warning sign, - it's not that spicy, but if you have tender taste buds take small bites. Check the times before you go, they're not open regular restaurant hours. I have shown up a couple times with a watery mouth only to find out I need to make it for another time.
