Food is what you would expect at a diner. Service is also good. Staff is very friendly and make everyone there, feel like they're at home.
In the early 60s I recall coming to Philip's with my mother and grandmother and often had their chili. I was surprised 60 years later that the family still runs the diner ( and well too). I had their chili and it was the same recipe, very good as I had it to go. That evening I had their Hamburger Steak and Fries and these too were delicious. Great memories and food, best of all things.
