A fun day on the water!! We go every year and it's always a good experience. Plenty of beaches for picnics and rock skipping contests and a few challenging rapids to spice things up. Plan on 4 hours from arrival to departure.

No guide goes out with you. My family and I are very inexperienced and we tried this place out, but it didn't go so well. My dad wasn't with us and we got stranded for a few hours until someone came along and texted my dad and told him we needed help. WOULD NOT SUGGEST!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S My family and I did this about 2 or 3 years ago
I want out of towners to CALL the day before to affirm that the river is navigate worthy. This river is dangerous Do NOT underestimate this river. They won't tell you many people have died at the Oglesby Dam. You must take out and walk past it. Do NOT go over the dam if you fall out your caught in the wheel underneath flow and will drown. Just stay away. Luckily they are removing the dam in 2021
Great family fun for the money just remember to follow all the rules and instructions
Best fun you can have for the money. Mind your kids and poor swimmers though because it is fairly dangerous. Listen to the safety briefing it could save your life.
