Everytime I called here in the hope of getting my problem solved but the lady who receives my call was so so rude. She never spoke politely and never solved my problems instead she made me feel so down. I really really think she should be replaced. She has a very bad customer service. We call to solve our problem not to ruin our mood. She hangs up phone in the middle of conversation without a solution.

I do not understand how it’s possible for large companies such as Facebook and Amazon to process billions of bits of informations in milliseconds yet OFJS cannot perform at a reasonable level. Everyone that works for here should be fired and placed on unemployment because they are worthless. This day in age no one should ever sit on hold for hours or have a website that is so disorganized that it forces you to call for help. Please contact me so you can hire me to fix your pathetic website. Take some of my taxes I paid this year and put it towards a web designer that can at least keep up with the times. You deserve 0 stars. Do not pass go, do not collect 200.

Absolutely no one is answering phones to assist with unemployment. The only person I was able to speak with was to reset my pin. You can't even wait on hold, it just hangs up on you. I have called the minute they open (even in a sunday) to the minute they close and get the exact same recording for the past 4 weeks. I have been laid off due to covid19 for a month and my claim is still pending when it shows I have eligible funds.

Really appreciate all the State of Ohio and ODJFS is doing to help workers. It must be very stressful to manage and help the unusually large numbers of people thru applying for benefits. They posted several tutorial videos and PDFs online, which are very helpful. If you slow down, look at all the info they posted to help us, you will be able to help yourself faster and to reduce the volume of call-ins. Thanks ODJFS!!
