Called for information on used Steelcase Leap chairs were very helpful and courteous on the phone and referred me to visit their warehouse to pick them up. Refurbished like new, works like it just came out of the box. Greg at the warehouse was very nice and let me choose from a variety of options. Great experience and great chair!
