I read a lot of negative reviews on here, so I was weary of my need to contact them to help troubleshoot a water problem. But my experience was great. I called and right away spoke to a person that understood my issue, took my contact info and said someone would contact me. Sure enough, less than an hour later a technician called me to talk through the issue. We we able to work it out without a visit, though he was more than willing to come by if needed.

Why can I not give a ZERO star rating? Absolutely the worst website I have visited since Al Gore invented the WEB! Their \auto-bill pay\ is almost as bad, but is still the worst I have seen since Gore invented the cell phone too (???) OK I am exaggerating about Gore - BUT NOT THIS HORRIBLE WEBSITE AND CALL IN AUTO PAY BILL ... who wants to enter their 17 letter and digit license's number????

The worst utility company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. People are seriously struggling right now and they are turning off people's water for 40 bills as if that 40 will break them.

Mrs. Barbara at Okaloosa County water & sewer was extremely helpful today in assisting me with my request. She was eager to help, we even shared a few laughs over the phone. Thank you for having such great customer service!

I submitted my info 2 days ago to have my water transferred, they say they received nothing yet it clearly shows in my email they have. I resent the information to the company got the green light all was good it would be on when I got home from work. It's still not on and it's Friday so myself and my entire family have been without water to cook drink or be able to bathe ourselves. It will have been 5 days by the time they reopen on Monday. Thanks a lot Okaloosa County water and sewer. How about next time do your job.
