This water company is outrageous. I have a elderly mother and sickly she didn't know she had a leak until her bill came out.i got it fix. Butl they never want to adjust the bill at all. I was making extra payments to pay it down and that wasn't enough. So they treated to turn it off if all is not paid by a date they gave. That is a place I don't want to live. I feel sorry for so many people that might have the same problem. What you need to do is vote the right people on that broad who can make a change. Where I live I had a water leak didn't know and we do get a adjustment at least twice a year when the problem is fixed. This is a bad company.

Recently I was notified that the minimum water rate would increase. So I called the office to ask a few questions. The lady who answered the phone seemed annoyed that I would be interested in the increase. She swiftly insisted that brass parts and pipe for water lines had increased in price and that it had been ten hrs since the community had seen a increase so it was time for one. My problem is that companies almost always kick the can to their customers. Business as usual smh.
