9-2020: This is the second time I have ordered flowers online from this business, with poor results. The arrangement, delivered last week (9-17-20), was about a 40 arrangement that I paid over a hundred dollars for (and I had upgraded it also). They had substituted the co-star of the arrangement, sunflowers, left out ALL of the ivy greenery (the other co-star) shown online. It was called a wild IVY basket. They had also substituted the special “bark covered” basket for a standard Easter type wicker basket. It wasn’t even close to the picture that I chose online. I was out of town on vacation when I ordered, so I even called them the next day to make sure everything had come through ok online for the order. They assured me it had, while not telling me about the substitutions or missing ivy. . The order was delivered on time. When I went in yesterday to let them know how disappointed I was and show side by side pictures of what I ordered and what I received (I took a pic of it at the funeral), I had to PROVE via receipt that they made it (even THEY couldn’t believe it) before they would believe me. They said they would look up the order and “do something”. Sadly, the embarrassment and disappointment can’t be fixed (though I did apologize to my friend for its lack!)—the funeral is over. You can’t undo embarrassment. Honestly, I would not order flowers from this business. The quality of work and customer service just isn’t there. I work too hard for my money, to spend it this way. Sad, but true.

I ordered from out of state and they delivered on Christmas eve. The flowers were beautiful!
Love this cute/vintage store and have always received beautiful arrangements from their talented designers. I always let them pick so I get the freshest/in season flowers!
