Great people both sales and service. Travis and his team are professional and customer friendly. Have had several interactions with service department nothing but good things to say about them. I recommend Florida Outdoors to all of my friends. Sales staff is helpful and not high pressure.

I bought my 2019 Keystone Avalanche her in Dec. 2019, and it has been a great 5th wheel. I have had a few small problems with it and those times, a phone call to my Sales Rep Brandon, got my rig in in 1 DAY, and then they fixed everything. Could not be happier with my 5th wheel or the excellent service I have received from both the Stuart and Okeechobee RV Center.
Good customer service when selling RVs, but when I purchased a NEW RV with warranty, it came with broken water heater and AC heater. They won’t fix my RV under warranty unless I take it to them. I can’t move my RV because I don’t have the truck for moving it. I was then told to call a different dealer to send someone to fix it UNDER warranty. Now after they fixed the problem and charged me, they will not refund me my money for my RV under WARRANTY. 6,000 down payment for a new RV that is BROKEN. I do not recommend anyone to buy from them.
The guy Travis that is in charge of the service department lied to me for days while my motor home sat at their establishment untouched. I will take to a better managed place to get the repairs needed.
Best sales department in South Florida, and service ain't half bad either.
