Oh my gosh..... Best service EVER AT THIS STORE..... ALWAYS!! This is a busy and wonderfully run store...... Went back today after a few months of ordering and receiving shutters for hurricane season ( which they managed to get to us in a timely fashion) albeit being busy day in and day out. Pam and her crew know their stuff and understand your needs which they can fill with the best ordering fitted to your needs!! We love doing business there and being greeted ever so warmly whether we are special ordering, purchasing a shelf item or just looking for advice on a project they can fill our needs for!! The best in the business... would NEVER go elsewhere.:.. Best run , friendly and organized store. You can purchase cash, card, finance ... Pam offers you all options. If it’s something they cannot get to immediately you are told and true to her word... she will get back to you! My husband says.... “She knows her stuff, cares about customers and it shows’! I went to look for windows and door that I needed for my mobile home that I'm renovating. I had the *BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE* from a young man named Marcus. I purchased 2 windows and 1 door which he also helped load them up to the truck. I will definitely go back and purchased the rest of the windows I need. Thank You
Very helpful went in to buy a window and was very helpful and got me what I needed asked if need calk or new screws even before I checked out thanks. Window fit just like it should.
We drove from WPB to Okeechobee for a shower kit. Upon checking out we asked about the 6 months zero% financing and they looked at us like we had 5 heads and stuttered like we were holding em up!! May it be the owner idk but the older blonde woman says we can’t get online with synchrony something with her password and they hadn’t run a request in almost a year!! REALLY!!!! I asked if she could contact WPB store so they could run application (it takes literally seconds for an approval) she said we could do that however it was gonna take between 45-60 min to do the application. REALLY!!! I have NEVER seen LAZY in all my life!! Or is it while they have the financing signs all over their store.... they really DON’T offer financing forcing people to pay up front when they are creditworthy of receiving 6 months at zero% interest to pay off!!! Shameful and if we hadn’t traveled over an hour to get the shower we NEEDED.. I would have walked out.. I’d bet if there were competitors they’d finance all day long!! May be nice people but customer service was in the dump!!
Lots and lots of nice stuff, they actually seem to have about everything for a camper or mobile home very helpful people they really seem to know what they're talking about if you have a question, even when I measured my windows wrong they were able to get things straightened out for me so I didn't have to do a refund I can just get different windows and frame them in, plus it's nice and cool inside
