In FL for a couple months, had to get some prescriptions transferred and filled. The staff at the pharmacy as well as the cashiers in the front have been friendly and helpful. Always professional.
Definitely not the place to get your prescriptions unless you have a lot of time to wait. I came through the drive thru and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me.
Stopped in to pick up an important Rx for my mom after a heart catheterization. The pharmacy was closed *at 4 p.m., well inside advertised business hours*. I could hear there was someone in the pharmacy behind the metal barrier. I explained the situation to the manager, and asked that the already-filled Rx be given to me and I would pay for it up front. She wouldn't even consider it. When I complained this was very unfair to the patients who depend on them, she said rudely, \The pharmacy is *closed*. If you don't like it go somewhere else.
Rudest, snarkiest staff I've ever encountered. Smirked as if we were below them. I forgot my wallet and was told I needed I.D. for beer. I said my wife will come in and buy it. I was told that would be 3rd party and they wouldn't sell it to her. Well my wife went in and they really ticked her off, and when she started dropping bombs, theysmirked at her. That really ticked her off. My wife was so mad her b.p shot thru the roof. She will never go back.
