Some of the help was very friendly but also acted like they couldn't be bothered.but guy at the cashier was rude and dismissive . They were not covid-19 protective. No masks at all and did not request customers to wear them either. It's a nice store but felt uncomfortable asking questions so I left.

Family friendly, the content of the store is ready to find; the store itself has pretty much all you need as a contractor and a civilian. However, the customer service was very lack luster three woman at the front wont acknowledge you unless you talk to her, and the gentleman at the back for cement order always looks upset to see me. Other than these two, my experiences there have been pleasant

Terrible customer......... My senior citizen parents were recommended by a Caucasian friend, but maybe they just don't like people of color. My parents took their window screens out and brought them to the store in hopes of having new screens made. My mother mentioned how she was treated when she left the screens, but we chalked it up a rare bad day. After several weeks, my parents picked up the new screens and none of them fit their home. Moreover, the store discarded their original screens. Mistakes can happen but it was the way my parents were treated. In addition, the receipt didn't have any measurements to reference. My parents took the screens back and the salesperson, Robert M., was very unprofessional and rude. My mother simply got a refund and is still left without screens. It's just a shame that small town businesses, with little competition, can get away with making money while delivering poor customer service. Zero stars for this lackluster experience, but I was forced to give at least 1 star.

Bought a barrel that ended up having the wrong price on it \alot cheaper\ got to register and surprise \alot more\ just when i thought i was screwed BOOM they said its my lucky day & off i went. Didnt expect that at all,no arguing no nothing, u dont see that nowadays. Got my return business 4sure.
