Aqua Haven is the best! I’m in Tulsa but still use them for sale & service of my spa that I purchased from them over 10 years ago. The best part of Aqua Haven service is lead spa technician Randy. The man’s amazing, he cares about his customers and he’s forgotten more about spa and pool maintenance than most technicians know! Two thumbs way up for Randy!

Aqua Heaven and all their employees are phenomenal. Great customer service and friendly staff. I purchased a swim spa 15D and I am extremely happy with the whole process. Troy was the sales person and he was great. Troy was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. The owner and Connor (the Custumer service manager) were very professional and friendly. Lastly, but not least the delivery guys exceptional. The delivery was very fast, and cautious. There was no issues or negative situations. The delivery guys were able to place the spa in the right location without any incidents. In my opinion, the delivery guys and the friendly staff make aqua heaven the best pool company in the area. The delivery was on point, on time, no issues at all. If you need to buy a pool, spa, or swim spa Aqua Heaven is the right location hand down. My family and I are extremely happy with their service. I am a swimmer and the spa swim training program has make the difference during this difficult times. My dad utilize the spa as therapy to treat some of his injuries from combat during his time in the Army. God Bless Aqua Heaven!

We love our spa! Had to wait for a few months but so glad we did. The Aqua Haven staff was awesome. Very responsive. Delivery crew did an amazing job and talked us through the set up. Highly recommend!

Wow! Wow! Wow! These guys were amazing to work with. Our hot tub was delivered right on time. 2:00 and the door bell was being rang. The crew easily got the hot tub positioned exactly where we wanted and helped us adjust it perfectly. And, they couldn’t have been nicer to work with. Plus, they even called the day before to confirm delivery. The hot tub is beautiful and exactly how we ordered. Thank you to Marcos and his crew and all the folks in the Oklahoma office. You kept us informed all along the way and the best part...when I returned your call I got to speak to a real person! Good ol’ Midwest personal attention. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Randy, with Aqua Haven came out and gave me some incredible help understanding my new purchase, how to take care of it, and orientation.
