If I could put a negative number that is what it would be. They are very uncaring and only care about the money. I call 4 days straight to get a appointment to make arrangements for my niece. was always told the counselor was with another customer and would call me back which she never did, When the funeral home called she was immediately available. however told them they would not even talk with the family unless they had the money to pay in full. They knew we were just waiting on confirmation on a insurance policy. When I finally did get to sit down with them was told they needed 24 hours and could no way have the services the next day but when I showed them the check and said we could find another location they found time to prepare a grave site. then they went up on the price by 500 then what was quoted twice by two different people to two different people. They know at the time of death a family is in need and they do every thing they can to screw you. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed but ignore the complaints. if you are in grief over a family member please don't go here it will just add stress to you and your family.

Walking in the doors after more than my share of agony over my sons death and other things that transpired gave me so much comfort...Tracy, Christina and Stephanie are EXACTLY the type of staff needed for such a trying time in the lives of myself and loved ones...They more than exceeded my expectations for what I needed to send my son off in style and compassion...I felt like family or a close friend the moment I made contact with these ladies...THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU....I owe you the world for taking such great care of my world (Wylder)

At the most difficult time of our loss, we were lost at such arrangements for our Son. The staff at Chapel Hill were wonderful! They were kind, respectful, patient and very forgiving. We could not have asked for anything more. Except maybe tissues \u003c3

I am very pleased with Chapel Hill staff in the handling of my grandmother's funeral. My grandma looked beautiful and so peaceful as if she was sleeping. Thank you again Tracy and the staff at Chapel Hill.

My mom passed November of 2018, In March of 2019 I noticed her grave site had sunken in and needed sod, I started calling they did finely fill and smooth it out in April, no sod, I have contacted them several times about a hole washed in it again and no sod! On Memorial Day we got the pleasure of placing her flowers on DIRT!! Still not fixed, yeah when you call they all apologized !! But not fixed and now it’s June! Not to mention the weeds everywhere!
