We had two of our favorite clocks repaired at Clock City. One was an heirloom German cuckoo clock with broken pieces sustained during several moves. The other was a sentimental wall clock. Not only were the clocks repaired, when we had to go back after warranty ran out, the repair was done at no charge. I highly recommend Clock City.

Owner EXTREMELY rude! Took clock home and it quit working in 24 hours, after he had it several weeks. I can understand things go wrong, but when I took the clock back he accused me of doing something to the clock to cause it to break. He acted like he wanted me to pay to fix it again. I paid 130 the first time which was EXTREMELY over priced. I will NEVER go back, I’ll buy a new clock next time. The bad reviews on this guy are right on.
