Rick French at Eskridge Lexus (Lexus of Oklahoma City) does a fantastic job. While, unfortunately, you cannot trust many people in business now-a-days, you can definitely trust Rick. He always acts in the best interest of his customers, wanting to make sure they receive the highest quality service. We continue to buy Lexus vehicles so we can continue to work with Rick. We know he is always going to insure our vehicles are well maintained and keep in a safe condition. We can’t say enough about Rick, the quality of work he insures and his trustworthiness. When we first walked into the showroom, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a beautiful smile by the young lady behind the counter. Brian, the sales consultant, was easy to work with. He wasn’t pushy or overly aggressive throughout the process. He was patient to show us the different trim lines and packages. They did not have the color and the packages that I wanted, but as soon as the vehicle arrived from the factory, Brian was quick to inform me. Brownie Brimage, the sales manager, was also very friendly and accommodating. For some unknown reason, the warranty I purchased was populated with the wrong name (not mine), wrong telephone number and email address. When I brought it to his attention the next day, he was quick to rectify it. Overall it was a pleasant and easy experience. Very friendly people.

Super easy to deal with dealership. All the employees are super friendly. Had car ready for me when I arrived Shannon my sales person was very low key not pushy. In fact I came back twice to test drive and was not pushed to buy at all. Free car washes and vacuum for life!!!!

Very easy to contact, set an appointment, and bring your car there for service. However, if you got a key online and want them to program it, that’ll be 86 whether they can do it or not. Something’s wrong with your car, you want them to check, if it’s not broken, that’ll be 86.

Our experience was wonderful at Eskridge. Navid is a great salesperson - very knowledgeable, accommodating and all around joyful person. The used vehicle we purchased is good quality and they made sure all necessary maintenance items were done prior to handing the vehicle over. Plus this dealership has NO DOC FEES! We plan to do business with them again in the future.
