Austin Ward came out and explained everything to us making it all fairly simple as well as explaining tips and tricks to get the most bang for our buck. We are moving however we will be using his name when we go to purchase the system in our new state. Great product and overall great guy.

They do not stand behind there work, Poor craftsmanship. The line in the attic they ran was not properly installed and froze and I had to hire someone to fix the negligence of the company. They simply did not care. I would never use them or would ever trust there work. Work that was properly installed and insulated would not have froze, When you leave 2-4 foot gaps in the insulation in the water line I don't understand what you expect to happen. When the insulation wasn't even connected properly and the plastic protecting the adhesive was still on the insulation leaving a gap. None of the connection points and splices and elbows being covered at all If you call that completed and a job well done that still doesn't change the fact the work was done very poorly and your company does not stand behind the work \completed\. This kind of work will leave your customers vulnerable in the future. I would tell everyone possible warning them of poor work expected from your company.

Dustin came by and educated us on the quality of the water at our home. I can't stand paying money for any low quality product; what is more important than water quality? I've been after my husband for many years about upgrading our water i.e, increase in home value, better showers, laundry, and overall health. We are definitely going to purchase a system! Dustin was informative, comfortable and in no way pushy. As they say, some things just sell themselves!
