Curtis and Levi ( I think his name is) and all the staff were courteous and helpful with our purchase of a vehicle to use for our new business. They held the vehicle for us as we gathered our finances and was able to go pick it up. They kept us informed and were quick to respond to our questions when contacting them , while we were deciding and after, when having to reschedule pick up due to multiple things, including weather. We had been shopping around and this dealership was not pushy, as so many sales people can be, and we are happy with our experience there and with the vehicle we purchased. Will recommend them to anyone shopping for a great used vehicle.

Carlos Lopez made our buying experience very streamlined and easy. There was no hassle or run around. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed. We had bought two vehicles from Seth Wadley Ford and we will never go back. I highly recommend Carlos, he was great to our family! **Went back to have a button fixed on the Expedition. Marcus in service was on top of it. He and Carlos made sure I had a loaner and Marcus made sure everything was good to go even double checking tire pressure before I took off in it. Just all around great customer service.

Went to drive a used Explorer Platinum just to see if it was what we wanted to upgrade to from our Edge and ended up taking it home. Our salesman Levi was great and didn't make us feel pressured. We agreed to let him see what he could do for us and if it didn't work we would shake hands and and keep in touch. But then he got the payment where we needed it to be and made us feel comfortable so we took it home!

Brought my 2016 Ford Escape into the dealership on 06/20/20 for the WORKS. The Service Advisor was very friendly and helpful, really didn't know the answers to my questions though. But I am very disappointed in the lube tech that completed the WORKS package on my vehicle, first off the biggest concern is a safety issue, after the tech rotated the tires on my Escape, he did not torque the lug nuts back onto the wheel, this is a huge safety concern and it needs to be addressed. (One of the good things with Joe Cooper in Edmond is you can go to the window in the waiting room and watch them complete the service on your vehicle) This certain lube tech was very slow and lazy, would stop working and talk to other technicians, just goofing off, was not diligent in his work. When I left the dealership, I could hear the turbo spool up more louder than normal, after popping the hood I realized that the engine air cleaner cover was unscrewed and just laying on top of the filter. (he unscrewed it to check the filter, but did not secure it back to the air cleaner box!) And the other thing this lube tech did was got engine oil all over the place underneath my hood. Very Unprofessional!
