The guy that gave me my parking ticket was super nice. Used their 4 for 30 to park. I was gone all of 20 minutes. When I returned, they couldn't find my keys. After 10 minutes, I started complaining and the lady from the back office said they didn't loose my keys, they were probably still parking my car. Excuse me, 20 minutes to park a vehicle..I don't think so. Everyone else car was drive down slowly and carefully. When they finally brought mine down after a 20 minute wait, they were flying down the ramp and squalling the tires. Will never use them again. I wonder where the guy was that was driving my car?

Was lied to from the very beginning with this company. Only needed parking for a short term because of an internship that lasted to the 2nd week of March. Specifically asked how I would be charged for the tiny bit of March I would be using and was told it would be pro-rated. Fast forward to now I've been charged a full month's worth of fees and was told by management that that is \company policy\, and nothing I can do about it. Absolutely swindled by these people DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
