The staff was friendly. There was no crowd and everything was processed fast.the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. But they charge for card transaction and that's 2% of the transaction amount. And if you go in here to pay tax for your new car it will cost you. It would have been better if they allowed card transaction. Carrying huge amount like car tax is not a good practice.
I have called for an simple estimate all morning. It's been 5 hours of being directed to call back. The customer service is horrible! Black people we have to do better SMH.
Zero stars. Negative stars. I called at 5:20 p.m. to ask about a quote on TTL and the girl on the phone was absolutely rude and customer service was horrible. I called at 5:20 p.m. and the girl told me to call back in 40 minutes and somebody would help me with that. THEY CLOSE AT 6. I don’t leave negative reviews but clearly they’re not in the customer service business and they’re just trying to get a check the most bare minimum way possible.
I know people hate it when people come in 5 6 7 minutes before closing but I got here 10 minutes before they closed and she had the door locks and that she's closing early sorry and didn't even give me any explanation nor did she even presume to act sorry about it I absolutely will not be coming back to this place
